About us and what we do
Between us we have over fifty years of experience in roles covering tens of corporations and hundreds of projects, and we have a pool of consultants with whom we have worked over the years, and are subject matter experts who provide their own insights.
Our passion is to increase the success rates of projects and programmes of work and, in turn, cultivate stronger bonds between employees and employers within their ways of working.
Meet the co-founders
Wayne Sheridan
Wayne has vast experience in project work and has taken on numerous roles as required. He is often called upon to take up fixed-term positions to bring projects back into line with expectations, requiring him to adapt quickly to the demands of multiple stakeholders. This background means Wayne has a plethora of techniques in his kitbag which he can share with employees and employers looking to bring project completion up to and above expectations.
Paul Thomas
Paul has over 25 years in Business Analysis and was using Agile methods before the Agile manifesto was created. A wealth of programme experience has left Paul with the understanding that there is no best way to be a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or any other project role. Determining that roles need to adapt to the environment Paul is now looking to pass on all his experience in being the right role in the right place at the right time.
