We keep all personal information for the duration of our contract with you, whilst you remain a customer of our services, plus a duration to ensure we are able to respect your future marketing preferences. This duration will be limited to a maximum of three years. We will then dispose of your information by securely destroying any hard copy, and deleting any soft copy from our systems.
